Dear Devotees and Friends of the TOVP, Hare Krishna! All Glories to Srila Prabhupada!
I am happy to inform you that we have recently re-started construction at the TOVP on a limited scale. This is immensely important so we can begin the catch up process and stay on time and on budget for the opening of the temple. There is an article and video with more information about this in the Newsletter.
Secondly, I would like to remind you of the TOVP Book of Devotion, a one-of-a-kind offering of the names of donors who have completed their TOVP pledges to Srila Prabhupada on his 125th Vyasa Puja Anniversary in 2021. If you complete your pledge by December of this year your name will be included in this magnificent book. And there couldn’t be a better time to do so than during the coming months of Purushottama and Damodar. Braja Vilasa and I recently sent an email to all of you on this subject. Please take advantage of these auspicious times by going to the TOVP website and complete your pledge if you are able.
Finally, I would like to remind you about the three-day milestone event celebrating the grand installation of the new Prabhupada murti in the TOVP in February. This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to combinedly serve our Founder/Acharya by sponsoring one or more of five kinds of abhishekas, thus together offering him our guru dakshina and also participating in the installation ceremony. And again, the months of Purushottama and Damodar are the most auspicious times for becoming an abhisheka sponsor. Please refer to the Newsletter article below for more information.
I hope you are inspired by this Newsletter. We are moving forward with Srila Prabhupada’s glorious and world-changing project and pray you continue on this wonderful journey with us. Stay safe and healthy and absorbed in the blissful service of Guru and Gauranga. |
